Nylon Fabric Manufacturer & Exporter in Surat, India
High-tenacity nylon (polyamide) wovens for outerwear, bags and technical end uses — taffeta, ripstop, taslan and stretch qualities, with the coatings and finishes those applications demand.

Nylon fabric at Aarna Weaves
Nylon is where a fabric has to work rather than just look right. Its tenacity, elasticity and abrasion resistance make it the default choice for jackets, luggage, umbrellas and technical outerwear, and its behaviour under coating is what allows a lightweight fabric to become genuinely weatherproof.
Aarna Weaves weaves nylon on the same 50+ water-jet looms that carry our polyester programme in Surat, Gujarat. Because nylon filament is unforgiving of tension variation, this is a range where in-house TFO twisting and auto stop-motion on every loom matter — they are what keep a 20-denier ripstop free of the warp streaks and pick marks that show up immediately once a fabric is coated and dyed a solid shade.
Why buyers source nylon fabric from us
Technical fabric buying is detail-heavy: denier, ripstop grid, coating type, hydrostatic head, colour fastness. That conversation goes badly over a 12-hour time difference. Our European-based partner handles the specification and sampling side directly, so a question asked on Tuesday morning is answered on Tuesday morning, and bulk is not started until the lab dip and the hand-feel are signed off.
For coated qualities we work with specialist finishers rather than treating coating as an afterthought — PU and PA coatings, calendering and water-repellent finishes are quoted as part of the quality, not bolted on afterwards.
- 40–220 GSM in nylon 6 and nylon 66 constructions; standard width 58" / 147 cm
- Ripstop, taslan, taffeta and nylon-spandex qualities
- PU / PA coating, water-repellent and calendered finishes available
- Downproof and high-density constructions for outerwear on request
- 4-point inspection and lab-dip approval before bulk production

Nylon fabric — buyer questions
What nylon fabric qualities does Aarna Weaves supply?
Our core nylon range covers taffeta, ripstop, taslan, nylon-spandex stretch, lining and high-density downproof constructions, roughly 40–220 GSM. Both nylon 6 and nylon 66 yarns can be used depending on the performance and price point you are targeting.
Can you supply coated or water-repellent nylon fabric?
Yes. PU and PA coatings, water-repellent finishes, calendering and downproof constructions are all available. Because coating changes hand-feel and shade, we always send a coated sample for approval rather than an uncoated swatch.
Is nylon ripstop available in custom grid sizes and deniers?
In most cases, yes. Ripstop grid spacing and warp/weft denier are set at the warping stage, so a custom construction is a matter of lead time rather than capability. Send us the target weight, tear strength and grid and we will confirm what we can run.
Do you supply nylon fabric for outerwear brands in Europe?
Yes — outerwear and bag manufacturers are among the main buyers for this range. We export FOB or CIF to Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp and Genoa with full documentation, and our Europe-based team handles sampling and approvals in your time zone.
What certifications can you provide for nylon fabric?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and REACH-conscious production are the baseline, with certificates and test reports issued per quality on request. For recycled nylon constructions, GRS documentation can be arranged.
