Polyester fabric at Aarna Weaves
Polyester is the workhorse of modern apparel and home textiles, and it is what our mill was built around. Aarna Weaves weaves 100% polyester fabric on 50+ water-jet looms at our facility in Anjali Textile Park-2, Kachhab, Surat — the largest synthetic-textile cluster in India — with an annual capacity of 4.8 million metres and in-house TFO twisting that lets us prepare our own plied and specialty yarns before a single pick is woven.
For a buyer that means three things: a wide construction range from sheer 40 GSM chiffon to substantial 180 GSM twill, consistency across repeat container orders, and one supplier who can take a quality from greige through dyeing, printing and finishing without the order changing hands.

Polyester fabric — buyer questions
What GSM range of polyester fabric can Aarna Weaves manufacture?
We typically run 40–180 GSM in 100% polyester, from fine chiffon and georgette at the light end through poplin, taffeta and crepe in the middle, up to twill and micro/peach qualities at 140–180 GSM. Constructions outside this range can often be arranged through our partner mills in Surat.
Do you supply polyester fabric greige or finished?
Both. Many European buyers take greige (RFD) fabric and process it locally; others prefer a finished, dyed or printed fabric delivered ready to cut. We quote either way, and the finishing is done by processing houses we have worked with for years, under our own quality control.
What is the minimum order quantity for polyester fabric?
For a standard running quality, orders usually start in the low thousands of metres per colour, and greige orders can be larger and simpler. Development lengths and sample yardage are available for new qualities. Send us your specification and we will confirm the exact MOQ and price for that construction.
Can you provide OEKO-TEX or REACH documentation for polyester fabric?
Yes. We produce with REACH and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 requirements in mind and can provide the relevant certificates and test reports per quality on request. For recycled polyester constructions we can also arrange GRS documentation.
Which European ports do you ship polyester fabric to?
We export FOB or CIF from Hazira, Mundra and Nhava Sheva (JNPT) to all major European ports — Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp and Genoa among them — with commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and test reports included.
